Company Policy
We are very pleased to welcome you to our coaching program. Our highest goal is to create a supportive, inspiring, and enriching learning experience for each participant. We firmly believe that everyone has the potential to grow, develop, and achieve their personal and professional goals. With this in mind, we have developed a series of guidelines and practices aimed at maximizing the success and satisfaction of our clients.
1) Respectful Communication
All participants, coaches, and staff are encouraged to treat each other with respect. Discriminatory, offensive, or derogatory comments based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability will not be tolerated.
2) Handling Insults, Disrespect, and Bullying
The agreement covers the services agreed upon in the offer by Millenia Marketing. In our program, we place the highest value on a culture of mutual respect, appreciation, and positive interaction. Insults, disrespectful behavior, any form of degradation or bullying, whether between participants, towards coaches or staff, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We understand that disagreements can be part of any community, but we emphasize the importance of resolving these in a constructive and respectful manner. If you feel treated disrespectfully, witness insults, bullying, or similar behavior, we encourage you to report this immediately and confidentially via our support form. Every report is taken seriously, and we commit to acting quickly and fairly to maintain and protect the integrity of a safe, supportive, and welcoming learning environment for all participants.
3) Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Manipulation
Our program is committed to a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse and manipulation. This includes, but is not limited to, psychological, physical, or digital abuse, as well as any form of manipulation or exploitation of other participants, coaches, or staff. Such behavior undermines the core values of our program, including respect, safety, and mutual support. We urge all involved to report any incidents or suspicions of abuse or manipulation via our support form. We ensure that all reports are treated with the utmost seriousness and discretion to provide support to affected individuals and to bring about a swift and fair resolution. Our goal is to create and maintain a learning and working environment where everyone feels safe and respected.
4) Confidentiality
What is discussed in our calls and mentoring sessions remains confidential. Information or personal data may not be shared outside of the program without the explicit consent of the person concerned.
5) Punctuality and Communication
We place great emphasis on the punctuality of all participants and coaches, as it reflects mutual respect and appreciation for each individual's time. Equally essential is open communication in the event of unforeseen delays or changes, whether by participants or coaches. This ensures that all parties remain informed, allows for flexible adjustment of the program, and promotes a responsible, supportive environment. We are committed to transparency and expect the same from our participants, to maximize success and satisfaction in our program.
6) Active Participation and Relevance to the Topic
To maximize these benefits while ensuring the privacy and security of all involved, we have introduced the following policies:
- Official Recordings: We record all sessions and make them available in a protected members' area. These recordings are intended exclusively for the personal use of our active participants.
- No Private Recordings: To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our program, making personal recordings by participants without our consent is not allowed.
- Sharing of Recordings: The distribution of recordings or learning materials outside the program is prohibited without our explicit permission. This protects the privacy of each participant and the exclusivity of the program content.
- Consent Agreement: Your participation in the program implies consent to these conditions. We rely on your understanding and cooperation to create an environment where everyone can learn safely and effectively.
7) Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary technical equipment for participating in online calls.
8) Conflict Management
In the event of disagreements or conflicts, we place great importance on open and honest communication to find a solution together. Our coaches and staff are available as mediators and can be contacted via the support form. To preserve a constructive learning environment, we request that conflicts between participants or with coaches not be openly discussed during the calls. Instead, we encourage those affected to use the support form to initiate a private, appropriate discussion of the matter. In this way, we ensure that all parties can express their concerns in a respectful and supportive atmosphere without disrupting the flow of the sessions or affecting the well-being of other participants.
9) Protecting Learning Success from Disruptions and Toxic Influences
Our program aims to create a productive, positive learning atmosphere that supports every mentee in reaching their full potential. Should you encounter toxic influences, peer pressure, the spread of misinformation, slander, or other behaviors that could impair your learning success, we encourage you to confidentially report this to us via our support form. Such behaviors contradict the core values of our program and will not be tolerated. We are committed to taking such reports seriously and acting swiftly to maintain a learning environment free from disruptions and negative influences. Our priority is to maintain a supportive community where respect and mutual encouragement are paramount.
10) Consequences for Policy Violations:
We place great importance on all participants and coaches adhering to the established guidelines of our program to ensure a positive, respectful, and conducive learning environment. Violations of these guidelines will initially be met with warnings, giving the individuals involved a chance to correct their behavior. However, in cases of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to take further actions, which may lead to expulsion from the program. This strict approach is necessary to protect the integrity and quality of our program and ensure that all participants receive the best possible experience and learning environment. We are committed to assessing all cases fairly and with care to make a just decision.
11) Feedback & Constructive Criticism:
Your feedback is an essential pillar for the continuous development of our coaching program. We encourage you to provide us with constructive criticism that helps us improve our services and offerings. Our goal is to create an environment where every participant feels valued and heard. We understand that not all aspects of the program can meet every individual need, but we strive to act in the interest of the collective and always seek constructive solutions that keep the well-being of the entire group in mind. Please share your thoughts and suggestions with the intention of together creating an even better program. We take every piece of feedback seriously and view it as an opportunity to enrich not only individual experiences but the collective learning experience as well.
